Senior Construction Estimator -- Vaughan -- Required ASAP

KML Building Solutions is a leading provider of light steel structural
building solutions targeted at the residential and commercial
construction market. We are searching for a Senior Construction
Estimator to assist us with our next phase of growth at our Light Steel

Joists division. Our solution is comprised of a unique building
process and technology called GenesisTM. The GenesisTM light steel
framing solution integrates leading-edge CAD technology , light steel
engineering expertise , custom manufacturing processes and an on-site
installation techniques that provides a higher quality, more cost
effective and faster alternative to concrete and wood frame
construction. GenesisTM light steel framing has numerous other benefits

such as addressing environmental concerns by utilizing recycled steel
process, energy efficiency, improving building durability, offering
non-combustible construction and improving indoor air quality.

The skills and attributes of the Estimator we are seeking are as
follows:
· Diploma in architectural technology or similar field
· Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
· Knowledge of estimating/tender submission process
· 3 - 5 years experience in a related position
· General knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction

practices
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Particularly Excel
· Hardworking, motivated, independent and hands-on type of
attitude
and approach.
