Construction - Site Superintendent
Our client, a long established and successful residential construction company requires an experienced Finishing Superintendent. This is a career opportunity.
THE ROLE: You will provide site management for the finishing phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material and equipment, ensure that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
SKILLS: ? Five years or more of experience as a Finishing Site Superintendent with a residential builder.
? Experience with medium to high-density residential projects a must.
? Ability to work under pressure, coordinate numerous activities and groups of people, who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
? Reputation for excellent quality and site safety
? Good oral and written communication skills
SALARY: Based on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
LOCATION: GTA, Ontario
